Title: Library Administrative Assistant

Duties: Will include, but not be limited to, financial record keeping, managing personnel issues such as staff scheduling, general assistant to the library Director, and assisting with patron services including circulation and program support.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Should be comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite and have good computer skills. Business office experience is highly desired. Customer service experience is highly desired. Must be able to lift 35 lbs., push up to 150 lbs. on wheels, and communicate clearly.

Pay: This is a full-time, non-exempt salaried position with benefits. Hours will include evenings and some Saturdays.

Title: Library Clerk-Part Time

Duties: Will include but not be limited to general clerical tasks, shelving items, checking items in and out of the library, assisting patrons with information needs, and providing program support.

Qualifications: GED or High School diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.  Should be comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and have good computer skills.  Customer service experience is highly desired.  Must be able to lift 35lbs, push up to 150 lbs. on wheels, and communicate clearly.

Pay: Above minimum wage.  This is a part time, non-exempt hourly position with no benefits.  Hours will include evenings and Saturdays.
