The Buchanan County Public Library is pleased to announce that we are one of the VA250 Impact Grant Awards recipients for FY25. This grant will be supporting author Lauren Tarshis’s visit to Buchanan County in spring 2025. She is the bestselling author of the I Survived series for 4th through 6th grade readers, but her appeal is much broader. Other activities will include book discussions and interactive displays highlighting the impact of the American Revolution.
