Summer Reading for Children
This year our Summer Reading Program: Dig Deeper: Read, Investigate, Discover is going online and through the mail to encourage reading and connection without in person programs. We will be posting activities and information under the Learn & Discover tab and under the Adult, Children, and Teen tabs each week. We will also be hosting Facebook Live and other online live events. Check our calendar for times and details. If you register by June 8th, you will receive a Summer Reading registration bag with information, activities, and other goodies. Read to earn prizes and chances in our Grand Prize Drawings. Go to the Reading Programs tab to register. Many of the activities we’re posting will be listed as activity badges in the Beanstack online reading accounts. Call the library at 276-935-5721 for more information. If you know someone who doesn’t have internet access but would like to participate, have them contact us for Mailbox access.
